Unknown Toy -
Baby, or Muller #10 ?
1900 +/-
This is an Unknown toy sewing machine,
probably from around 1900 +/- a few.
It bears a striking resemblance to the Baby, & the Muller #10 toy sewing machines of that era, but there are subtle differences.
It's not marked on the sewing plate, so that lets out the Baby brand (they prominently marked their sewing plates).
It's likely either a Muller that's been altered (they had a gear crank), or a knockoff.
This one is a really cute little machine, but she's missing some pieces, & won't work as is. Too bad, but she's still a cutey. : )
Her Measurements (approximate):
* 5" Wide Base (Includes the hand crank knob).
* 3" Deep (Crank wheel is the widest part)
* 6.5" Tall (Including the needle bar & Thread spool pin).
* Hand crank wheel is 3" across.
I think this one is pretty cute, & I love that arched back.
